  • The water level in our lake is back to a high level. Boats and jet-ski wakes from cruising too near shore cause shoreline damage. The law prohibits traveling faster than “NO-wake” speed within 200 feet of shore, 100 feet of a dock or any other vessel on the lake.
  • Remind visitors to our lake to clean boats prior to launching into Island Lake Protect our lake from invasive species.
  • Neighborly quiet hours: 7pm to 10am

The mission of the Island Lake Preservation Association is to maintain, protect and enhance the quality of the lake and its ecosystems as well as the surrounding area, for ourselves and for future generations. We will accomplish this by education and mutual cooperation of our members and the people of the surrounding area.
